Adults Only: You shouldn’t appear to look like a child or any appearance younger than eighteen years old. We follow Linden Lab guidelines which will be enforced by our staff as our regions are within the adult category. Please respect their judgement.

Homes for men: Female-presenting avatars are welcome as our friends and allies to visit, play and party with us. Rentals however are reserved for men (and/or male-presenting) avatars only.

We get asked this question the most – and the simple answer is “yes”. Oost is an adults only region where adult things happen without judgement or apology (but always with consent!). So “yes”. That means you can be naked everywhere you want to be. At home, in the woods or even in town. Our group tags protect us from cold, so nudity applies in all seasons – snow or shine!

Some of our parcels have filler housing placed on them which has nothing within their interiors. Please let us know if you’d like that housing removed as we’d be happy to remove them so you can place your new home on your newly purchased plot.

Some homes are fully furnished – and again, we can empty these if you prefer.

Cabins however can not be altered. This will usually be noted in the rental information. Contact one of our rangers if you are unsure or need assistance.

You can add subtenants from the casper sign at your gate (at the beach this will either be a life-preserver or a surfboard). Make sure that your friend is online when you add them so that the bot can invite them to the group (and remember, anything they rez counts toward your prim limit too).

Sure. Provided that the region has enough land impact left, we can increase your allowance. It comes at a cost of course, so we’re also happy to lend advice about how to keep your rent affordable.

We’re open to different forms of payment in exchange for a range of personal services – but rent can only be covered with linden dollars. Sorry – the bot is a stickler for that one!

Oost West Community is officially listed under the adult category. Meaning adult-related activities do go on regularly which is outlined through the Second Life Wiki:

The Adult designation applies to Second Life regions that host, conduct, or display content that is sexually explicit, intensely violent, or depicts illicit drug use.  A region must be designated Adult if it hosts, advertises, or publicly promotes:

• Representations of intensely violent acts, for example depicting death, torture, dismemberment or other severe bodily harm, whether or not photo-realistic (meaning that images either are or cannot be distinguished from a photograph).
• Photo-realistic nudity.
• Expressly sexually themed content, spaces, or activities, whether or not photo-realistic. We broadly define what is “sexually themed” to include any sexually-oriented activities and conduct.

Our community is located on private regions, meaning they are owned by residents and not managed by Linden Labs. Our community is not next to any mainland continents as we are located in our own grid location away from any large or colliding landmasses.
